Come see why The Florida Aquarium is one of the top aquariums in the country!Experience sharks, alligators, lemurs, penguins and much more. Rediscover adventure at the newly expanded Wetlands Trail where you will venture past alligator-infested waters to the river streams where playful otters explore. Continue your adventure up to the Aquarium’s newest exhibit, Journey to Madagascar. Filled with ring-tailed lemurs, hissing cockroaches and colorful chameleons this exhibit captures the unique Island of Madagascar and the diverse animals that call it home! Be sure to make a stop at Stingray Beach where you can touch stingrays and sharks. After exploring all the exhibits inside, splash away outside at Explore A Shore, the outdoor water adventure zone for children!
Or take an adventure on a 75-minute Wild Dolphin Cruise through Tampa Bay aboard a 72-foot catamaran (Additional fee). With over 20,000 sea creatures, there is a sea of excitement waiting at The Florida Aquarium.

Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo
If fun is in your nature, spend some time at Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo, named the #1 Zoo in the U.S. by both Parents and Child magazines!
The Zoo features more than 1,000 incredible animals on nearly 60 lush acres including elephants, koalas, tigers, penguins, chimpanzees, orangutans, leopards and much more. Have a wild time feeding a giraffe, holding a lorikeet, touching a stingray, walking with wallabies, encountering a white rhino and more. The Zoo’s Manatee and Aquatic Center expands the traditional boundaries of a zoo, focusing efforts on critical care for injured, sick and orphaned Florida manatees. It is one of the only places that you can see these gentle giants year-round. During your visit, keep cool in the warm Florida sun with water play areas, wild rides, shows, shopping and restaurants. MOSI
Having fun while learning is a breeze at Tampa’s Museum of Science & Industry (MOSI), the largest science center in the Southeast. MOSI offers more than 450 interactive science exhibits and visual displays on natural disasters, physics, astronomy and more. Experience what it’s like to pedal a bicycle on a 1-inch cable suspended 30 feet above the ground or lie on a bed-of-nails in Kids In Charge!, the largest children’s science center in the nation and home to The Saunders Planetarium. Budding inventors can engineer anything imaginable and hold it in the palm of their hand in MOSI’s new inventor’s studio, Idea Zone, and aspiring astronauts can travel to the moon to operate a lunar colony in MOSI’s newest exhibition Mission: Moonbase. Then head outside to experience an adrenaline rush like no other on MOSI’s Sky Trail® Ropes Course and Zip Line (additional fee applies).

How much is parking at MOSI?
Parking is $5 per car.

Is MOSI wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the museum is wheelchair accessible. They also offer wheelchairs available at no additional cost on a first-come, first served basis.

Are all the IMAX films included with the MOSI admission?
No, only ONE film at the Florida Hospital IMAX DOME Theatre is included. You can purchase more IMAX films for an additional fee.

Is the Sky Trail Ropes and Zipline course included?
No, this costs extra. You can purchase either of these at the MOSI museum directly.

How long does it take to tour the MOSI Museum?
We recommend that guests allow a minimum of 4 hours to enjoy all the exhibits.

Is the Florida Aquarium wheelchair accessible?
The main entrance is accessible by wheelchair. The aquarium is fully accessible to the disabled and a limited number of wheelchairs are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis with appropriate identification.

How much are wheelchair or stroller rentals?
Wheelchairs, scooters and strollers are available to rent daily at the Florida Aquarium. Limited quantities available and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchairs are $5 and scooters are $12. Single strollers are $5 and double strollers are $7.

How much is parking at the Aquarium?
Parking is $6 per day.

What is not allowed?
Due to the nature of our facility with open exhibits at the Florida Aquarium, we aren't able to allow outside food and drink into the Aquarium. This does not include bottles or baby food for infants or people with special dietary needs.

Does the Swim with this Fishes, Dive with Sharks or Shark Swim cost extra?
Yes. These are all programs offered by the Aquarium, you can call them directly to set-up the experience.

Is there any dining options at the Aquarium?
Yes, the Aquarium offers delicious food for purchase at Café Ray.

How much is parking at the Tampa Lowry Park Zoo?
Parking is FREE!

How much are wheelchair or stroller rentals?
Strollers and wheelchairs are available on a first come, first served basis at the Zoo. Single Strollers are $9.63 and Double Strollers are $11.77. Push wheelchairs are $10 per day and ECV’s are $28.

Does it cost extra to feed the animals?
Yes, it does. We offer the ability to purchase food for the Giraffe Feeding, Lorikeet Landing for birds and Stingray Bay. Please Note: Animal feeding opportunities are contingent on both animal appetites and dietary needs. Feedings may be halted without notice by Zoo discretion.

Are the rides included with my admission ticket?
The Zoo has eight rides that are included with your admission! Plus, you can ride them as often as you’d like during your day at the Zoo, weather permitting.
